Equivalent of 5 weeks rent (or higher dependant on the terms of the tenancy and/or rent PCM)

Tenant find fee (if applicable): Equivalent to the costs incurred by the landlord, 5.04% (Inc. VAT) of the total rent of the remaining contract
Inventory:
We will carry out an check in/out inspection, please coordinate with us to confirm the date and time of returning keys, the time will be required at least five working days in advance of the new tenant's scheduled arrival. Please be award that you will pay the rent until the day new tenant move in. you are repsonsible for the cost of inventory report £60 (Inc. VAT).
Credit Check:
We will conduct a credit check, and if applicable, a guarantor check, for the new tenant. An associated fee of £30 per person will be charged, regardless of whether the new tenant passes reference check or not, The cost of credit check fee need to be paid in advance before any further action. If the prospective tenant does not meet our reference check criteria, we regrettably will not be able to proceed with the contract signing. Consequently, it is imperative that you ensure your prospective tenant fulfills the necessary reference check requirements, details of which are enclosed below. We will use a third party company, Let Alliance, to carry on the reference check.
