If something is broken in your accommodation, report it to us and the Maintenance team will help you as soon as possible.
If you are logging an urgent maintenance issue out of office hours, please continue to do so via this system providing as much detail as possible.
Please note if the issue you have is already open and being dealt with my one of the team then you should not report this as a new issue, unless it has significantly worsened and become urgent.
Please read our tenant guide before reporting, there will be a fee if the damage is caused by the tenant
Please note that during this time, you may experience delays with any routine or non urgent maintenance due to property access, and contractor and staff availability. For urgent issues, we will continue to endeavour to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
